Careeon is NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Careeon is NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or stolen. Careeon is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
